“Grown on the Elsewhere Vineyard, located between Cygnet and Huonville in the Huon Valley. This vineyard was established in 1982; it’s ancient in Tasmania wine terms.
The grapefruit flavours here; the oomph. This is both cutting and intense at once. I’m an instant convert and fan. It’s juicy and lengthy and silken and long, and while it will improve with age it’s also quite joyous right now, in the wild intensity of its youth. Lemonade and grapefruit and sprigs of herbs; that’s it in a nutshell. 94pts.”
