Pav Lover is exactly what it sounds like – a nitro-infused, pavlova-inspired sour ale. Made in collaboration with our friends across the pond, Double Vision Brewing from Wellington, NZ, this beer features an oat and spelt-heavy base, double-soured with our house lacto blend, and fermented with a fruity, expressive yeast. Milk sugar, blueberry, strawberry, and kiwifruit come together to create a truly choicem as dessert in a can. It’s nitro, so remember to shake and bake, baby!
