Winemaker… Corrina Wright
“There’s good intensity to the flavour and there’s well-handled texture too. Oliver’s Taranga Fiano goes up a gear this year. Apple, fennel, passionfruit skins, citrus and a spicy, almost (white) peppery note. It’s enjoyable as a fruity white wine, if that’s all you want from it, but there’s a bit more going on beneath the surface too. This is lovely. 92pts.”

“Our winemaker Corrina Wright is known in the wine business as the Queen of Fiano for good reason! Prepare your palate for a textural journey with this Fiano. One minute it’s all pine nuts and cashew, the next it’s kaffir lime and fresh basil with a touch of the tropics. Drink with anything spicy, or just to spice up your life.”

“This is one of the best fianos going around these days. It has the rare quality of a white wine with inbuilt texture and structure, its flavours ranging from savoury to lemony. 95pts.”
