The flagship product of Niyodogawa. Presented in their signature blue bottle designed and named after the nearby Niyodogawa river from whose clear waters this sake is made . Clean, modern, richly textured with notes of green apple, pineapple, and grapefruit thanks to the use of Gin no Yume rice and Kochi’s own CEL-24 yeast. Pairs well with sashimi (particularly shellfish and crustaceans), as well as tempura. Served chilled.
