“Tempranillo and bobal. A great choice for a successful duo. Red fruit, something earthy, something spicy, the smell of good tobacco. Suppleness, friendliness, and yet distinguished. Soft, but beautiful acids. Reminiscent of Burgundy in structure, but with the taste of rural Spain.”
