On a very cold and wintery Katoomba night in July 2020, Harriet and DJ welcomed their baby girl – Dorothy Margaret McCready.
The next day, DJ went back to the brewery with the instructions to brew a beer worth waiting nine months and enduring 30 hours of labour for.
