By combining Simcoe, Southern Cross and Motueka hops we’ve created a flavour akin to biting into a handful of Juicy Fruit gum before washing it down with a cup of freshly squeezed grapefruit, and a side of lemon zest and shaved pine. Which in real life would not be a good idea, but in this beer it just works!
