“The grapes were handpicked from a parcel of fruit in Lenswood, fermented and basket pressed to produce a wine as unique as the artist´s water colour. This wine displays aromas and flavours of raspberries and pomegranate, and cherries with hints of mocha, roast almonds and vanilla bean. The mouthfeel is generous with a great structure. The long maturation allowed the tannin to soften and was kept on lees for 15 months to add richness in the mid palate and aged wine appeal, often miss in lighter versions.”
