The Isle of Raasay distillery is one of the newest additions to the Hebridean whisky landscape. Co-founders Bill Dobbie and Alasdair Day were inspired by older, lost styles of Hebridean single malts and set out to create a whisky that was lightly peated and balanced with rich, dark fruit flavours.

He has kindly taken some time out of his holiday to Australia to host an incredible night of Hebredian drams, showing off the whisky that makes of the DNA of Raasay, including the award-winning Dun Cana.
