For Syrah and Grenache, essentially a limestone soil covered with pebbles rolled on the reliefs near the Arboussas massif. Vineyards surrounded by garrigue and holm oaks, near the valley of Gassac.
For Mourvèdre, head for the Puéchabon road north of Aniane. Landscapes of terraces, edge of the immense Larzac and Seranne. Sandy sandy loam soils, a warm climate during the day and in the evening the freshness is brought by the high relief of Larzac. This terroir is perfect for this type of variety.
For the Carignan: old vine of more than 30 years on the sloping soil of the Serranne, counter-fort of the Larzac.
Fruity wine, drinkable, aerial, suppleness of tannins, adapts to many culinary situations, to drink in two years to preserve its youth and its aromas.
