The Symphony #1 is the product of the parts that make up the House of Lark. Much lighter than some of the other malts coming from Lark, this blend brings bright fruit notes to the already lush and rich style the distillery is known and loved for. Â
Official Tasting Notes:
Nose: Fresh mango, toasted pineapple, orange, vanilla and tangerines. Luscious and fruity.
Palate: Peaches, apricot, even more mango, and sweet Tasmanian apples dipped in toffee.
Finish: Fresh fruit and citrus. This whisky has length, poise and balance.
