Pouring a radiant golden colour with a natural haze and aromas of tropical fruit, apricot and delicate floral chamomile. The fruit characters are also evident on the palate, along with characters of spice and dried herbs. Expect an acidity balanced by residual honey character and a deceptively dry finish.
Pair with grilled chicken, saganaki, pumpkin gnocchi, summer salads, crispy pork, ricotta cannoli.
