Official Tasting Notes:
Nose: A sweet introduction, there are notes of icing sugar, creme brulee and custard.
Palate: The peat smoke is soft and sweet, with notesof toasted marshmallows typical of the Kilkerran Heavily Peated range. Hints of gooseberries and parma violets develop over time.
Finish: The sweetness lingers in the finish in note sof orange pulp.
