“Inkwell’s 2022 (release 2) is a single vineyard, hand-picked Natural Law Preservative Free Shiraz comes from our Block 1. This second version of Natural law, release in 2023 was slowed fermented until December 2022. This was a very intriguing process for us. When we tasted these barrels we knew it could only be Natural Law! So, unlikely the other years, there were two versions released of Natural Law from vintage 2022. No sulphites or any other chemicals was added to this wine. It is a fresh medium body red with but it also has the seriousness of our other shiraz(es) we produce. It’s a delicious and easy to wine drink and can even be served slightly chilled in sunny days. Just yummy.”
