An exceedingly rare iteration of the Hibiki 17-year-old Japanese whisky, which was bottled in a ceramic decanter in 2008. The bottling was made by Suntory on behalf of the Nishitetsu City Hotel to celebrate their 100th anniversary.
The release contains Suntory’s fantastic (and sadly discontinued), Hibiki 17-year-old whisky; a blend of Suntory’s Chita grain and Hakushu and Yamazaki single malt whiskies. Usually presented in a 24 faceted decanter; this limited edition was instead bottled in an elegantly decorated 600ml ceramic decanter at the usual strength of 43% abv.
*Please note that only 1 bottle is available; which was sourced from a well-vetted private collection.
