“Vienna famously (or maybe not that famously) played host to many of the world’s virtuoso composers back in the day, including classical era rock legends such as Mozart, Beethoven, and a whole gaggle of Strausses. It’s also home to Vienna malt, a rich biscuity malt with gentle sweetness and sultry golden-orange colour. And with that, we’ve created a composition (a ‘fugue’, if you will) of marching bitterness, melodic aromatics, and malty bass notes. Sit back and enjoy the harmonies!”
