“The nose is lifted and floral, with subtle hints of fennel and pine needle, it is quite unique and very appealing. On the pallet you get typical lemon but then you get this lime cordial character that coats the mouth, and it is entwined with a powerful minerality which drives the wine and offers an appealing chalky texture! This is a real approachable style of Riesling which makes it easy to have a few bottles.
