Grandis is Shannon Burgess-Moore’s lo-fi side hustle, a showcase
of his inquisitive nature and progressive approach, with respect and
understanding of the Hunter Valley’s rich history and his roots in it.
Growing up in the Hunter, the family vineyard cultivated
Shannon’s passion for wine but never set him in its more traditional
winemaking ways. He strives to experiment with alternate varieties
and techniques, creating wines of intrigue and personality and true
to his vinous love.
The Yin-Yang-inspired label communicates the balance of
traditional and natural winemaking, along with the importance of
balance in life as a whole for Shannon.
