Rkatsiteli (40%), Mtsvane (40%) & Buera (20%). Co-fermented in kvevri, full skins for 6 months, then a further 12 months back in kvevri. Unfined, Unfiltered with a small amount of sulphur (5mg/200L).
Gold & amber in colour. Exotic aromoas of spice, dried orange, apricot and sherry tones.
Intense yet medium-bodied palate…Fresh, spicy stonefruit and oily texture, with a touch of wood and minerality.
