“Colour: An almost black/red, compact, impenetrable and with an excellent consistency.
Nose: Intense and of good complexity, with an initial ripe cherry, dried roses, red fruit jam, as well as perceptions of dried hay and sweet and vanilla spices.
Taste: On the palate it is dry, with a nice acidity and flavor and a strong tannin even if with the corners rounded by an important warmth and a rebalancing softness.
Fruit in alcohol of cherry and black cherry, toasted tobacco, licorice and a delicate blood with hints of dried hay and vanilla. A nice long and persistent finish of red fruit jam and spices.”
