Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz NV Gin

Four Pillars’ Bloody Shiraz Gin.

This is created by the Healesville distillery by steeping their classic Rare Dry Gin in shiraz berries. The result is an aromatic, naturally sweet gin that pairs excellently with citrus-driven tonics or just over ice.

The colour remains a deep, rich, reddish purple. Aromatically it shows fresh pine needles, citrus and spice, and distinct peppery, dense raspberry notes. The palate is lovely and sweet with a long juniper and spice character on the finish.
