Thats right, join us on the 23rd of April for an exceedingly special tasting with Kyle Ford, founder of the local Finders Distillery, for a special tasting featuring some single cask, barrel-aged Gin!
Finders has quickly become one of our favourite local gin distilleries, their Australian Dry & Native Red Lime gins finding a regular spot on our shelves. Both of these gins are bcoming very popular, popping up in more and more bars, but its the Barrel-Aged gins from Finders that we find most interesting! Over the last few years, we have seen several batches, featuring Oloroso, PX, Rye & Maple Bourbon barrels.
Kyle will be joining us, showing off several incredibly special, Cask Strength gin samples from a few of his casks, going through how he ages his spirit, and how the decisions he makes are similar to, or different from what you would see with a traditional dark spirit distillery!
