Distilled in April 2012 after maturing for 12 years in Sauternes wine casks. It was bottled at 48.2% alc/vol in June 2024 without added colour or chill filtration.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Delicate and impressive depth on the nose.
Palate: Notes of gingerbread, fresh peaches and apricots, butterscotch, honeycomb and a hint of clove.
Finish: Long, warming finish.
