This wine opens with refined white floral aromas, some ripe peach, hazelnut and orange rind. The palate is driven by natural minerality, a fresh acidity and some beautiful flavours of white flower, nuts and buttered pastry. It is great to drink now but will benefit from two to three years of cellaring
