This wine is a blend of different plots of Chardonnay from the estate.
Pretty classic in style. Jura ammonia funk, lemon juice and pith, wild meadow flowers, a hint of walnut husk. Lovely saline-electric acidity that streams through the palate, fresh, vital, lemon and a little cold butter, finishing with Jura funk, lemon and a hint of that walnut husk. Very nice easy drinking.
