A rare, barrel aged Clairin from the Vaval farm distillery, this rum was aged 49 months in an ex-Caroni cask, picking up a sublime second hand smokiness that sings alongside the natural intense, grassy and fruity flavours of the Clairin.
Its hard to believe this is the same spirit we are so familiar with.
