“The Brambles Orange is our first orange wine. Made in a low extraction but long maceration style it’s a single site Skin Ferment Central Otago Pinot Gris. From biogro certified Carrick vineyards. Pretty serious wine tbh but its not overly tannic and is clean as whistle so I imagine that it will be well matched to many different pallets.”

Cool climate wines raised from organic sites. The results are earnest, pure & deeply satisfying displaying a range of well-composed and integrated aromas and flavours. The natural acidity highlighted across the wines serves as an elegant yet lasting framework, balanced by texture & complemented with a bounty of detail.
