The inspiration for Heavanilla came after tasting some barrels of our Sour Tripel and noticing huge notes of vanilla from the time spend in heavenly bourbon barrels. So we thought, let’s lean into it. This sour tripel was treated with plump, juicy, whole Madagascar Vanilla beans right in barrel, and the results are celestial.
