A limited release made using a combination of Cara Gold malted barley, more commonly used as a fruity based malt in beer, and Benromach’s signature lightly peated malt. Matured in first fill bourbon barrels for 11 years.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Perfumed and tropical fruits with malted biscuit.
Taste: Juicy apricot, sweet malt, butterscotch and light pepper.
Finish: Light smoke, honey and toasted oak.
