As the black sheep in our flock this limited rare release single malt whisky is our first ever single cask whisky bottling and our first matured entirely in a single American oak ex-bourbon cask.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Vanilla cookie dough, toasted coconut, apple pancakes, mandarin zest.
Palate: Shortcrust pastry, caramel milkshake, Scotch finger biscuits.
Finish: Mouth filling, buttery biscuit, soft & warming toasted oak.

Bellarine is one of Australia’s newest, up and coming distilleries, located on the Bellarine peninsula in Victoria. They have a rich, flavourful spirit, and typically source ex-whisky barrels from another large whisky producer in Victoria for the majority of their stock. Recognised not only by us, but by the SMWS as a partner bar and distillery, we highly recommend visiting Bellarine to anyone heading down that way!
