Matured in 1st fill Oloroso sherry, finished in refill Bourbon casks.

Nose: Black forest cake, candied oranges dipped in dark chocolate.
Palate: Florentine biscuits, browned butter, dark caramel fudge.
Finish: Long, rich, velvety & luscious with lingering notes of date & walnut cookies.
Bellarine is one of Australia’s newest, up and coming distilleries, located on the Bellarine peninsula in Victoria. They have a rich, flavourful spirit, and typically source ex-whisky barrels from another large whisky producer in Victoria for the majority of their stock.
