Modern California IPA is appreciated for its dryness, refreshing bitterness and intense hopping, which affect the taste and aroma of beer. In the case of this beer, the bitterness was achieved through the use of Warrior hops. However, in the whirlpool and cold process, HBC 586 and Mosaic blends were used, which are the favorite hop duo of the creators of this beer.
