Ballechin SFTC 2011 12-Year-Old Oloroso Cask Single Malt Scotch Whisky

A single cask Ballechin single malt that was distilled in 2011, before spending 12 years maturing in an oloroso sherry cask. Part of Edradour distillery’s heavily peated range, this whisky finds a balance between the rich and fruity sherry influence and savoury peat smoke on the palate.
