While our whiskies aim to transport you to the backwoods of Yackandandah, our gin invites you to take a walk in the Victorian High Country.
To create this gin we apply two distillation methods. We macerate and boil the traditional botanicals while using the vapour-infused method for the Australian botanicals. This helps to balance a traditional gin base with the intensity of local botanical flavours.
This unique Australian gin was recently recognised on the world stage, receiving a silver medal at the prestigious London Spirits Competition 2021.
We serve it with a dry tonic or soda, a sprig of rosemary and a sprinkle of juniper berries. We’d love to hear how you enjoy it too!
