Wine with an incredible freshness given by the altitude and the incredibly stony-chalky soil. It has an intense colour to make only 8 days of maceration, with hints of medlar and gravel or concrete just after the rain on a hot summer day. From the satisfaction of the first sip it is clear that a bottle will not be enough .. to drink seriously or maybe not!
