A limited release from Amrut, Triparva is India’s first ever triple distilled single malt whisky, with a release of only 5,400 bottles worldwide. A marvelously tropical creamy and complex dram which is the first of its kind.
TASTING NOTES:
Nose: Delicious and fruity. Salted caramel and coconut-vanilla custard work in tandem with a hint of peach and melon.
This hint becomes dominant with plantain and sweet oranges, complemented by subtle hints of oak.
Taste: Gourmet and rich. Fruit cocktail, peach and creamy melon in syrup, followed by plantain, citrus fruits and vanilla custard.
The result is a sweet compote with a rich texture, supported by honey and sorbet.
Finish: Honey and plantain refuse to leave and are joined by sweet spices.
