Sweet meets salty when a creamy milk chocolate stout gets mashed up with Tasmanian kelp in our brew for GABS Festival 2024. Aside from the saltiness, the Tassie kelp is lightly spicy and gives an umami funk to perfectly balance the sweet malty roastiness. A moderate bitterness balances the smooth touch of French oak, making our Chocolate Kelp Stout a unique winter tipple
