“A remake of a beer we brewed over 2 years ago. Like our other revamps, we are adjusting our recipes to bring them inline with our more current offerings like Devil’s Dram, but also staying true to what was a really nice beer for a cold fall day. Deep amber in color with subtle ruby highlights. Moderately-strong bready + wheaty malt character with notes of honey + caramel. A flash of dried-fruit character with subtle yeast driven esters. Hop bitterness is moderate, but evenly balanced. Body is medium-full with a luscious, velvety texture.” – Adroit Theory
