Harvested early at 12 Baume, the grapes undergo whole bunch flotation style carbonic maceration
submerged in free run Syrah rosé juice for six days before fermenting in buried Qvevri for nine months
then resting in bottle for a minimum of 12 months.
Styled as a vin de table, it’s as delightful with cheese and charcuterie as it is with a hearty braise and
herb salad. Expect vibrant acidity, delicate yet persistent tannins, and a smooth, luscious mouthfeel.
