“Crafted from the organically farmed Syrah of Adaption Harcourt vineyard, this wine is picked early at 12
Baume to embrace its natural acidity. After a six-day destemmed flotation style carbonic maceration
submerged in free rosé Syrah rose juice, it ferments in Italian fibreglass and rests in bottle for a
minimum of 12 months.
This vin de table style Syrah is a little darker than it’s green counterpart, with lifted red fruit notes and
the signature bright acidity. Chill it for an elevated experience.
