Fine-quality Tasmanian-grown pears can be quite elusive, so our whole-fruit pear cider — made only when the season favours us, and always without the use of added sugar — is a special treat indeed. Our pear cider is produced seasonally in small premium batches and is always highly sought.
Tasting notes: Pale straw colour, distinctive clarity, soft pear aromas. Subtle spicy notes of cinnamon, cloves and vanilla. Fine mousse, with a pleasant mineral backbone. Lush palate with a refreshing crisp, dry finish.
