An experimental creation from Marrickville's Poor Toms, a gin inspired by, and tasting like, the famous Pina Colada cocktail.
This inaugural 2020 release is limited to 5,000 bottles and bottled at 42%.
Botanicals including pineapple, coconut, juniper, lime, allspice and nutmeg are used in different ways to create an exceedingly fun and moreish drink that's punctuated by the fresh pinapple (and cocunut background) on the nose.
