A premium and classic Dry Orange Curaçao from Pierre Ferrand, which was crafted in consultation with cocktail historian David Wondrich and based on a 19th century recipe,

it is a traditional French “triple sec” – thee separate distillations of spices and the ‘sec’, or bitter, peels of Curacao oranges blended with brandy and Ferrand Cognac.

Rich and complex, use in premium cocktails – but can also be drunk over ice.

In 1989 the Maison Ferrand cognac house was largely dormant, although sitting on large stocks of aging cognac. In 1989 Alexandre Gabriel went into business with the house to bring it back onto the market.

Originally reviving the Grand Champagne Cognac that the Ferrand family had been producing for ten generations in the famous region, the company has now gone on to produce the Citadelle gin and Plantation rum brands.
