Paco and Lola is the based in the coolest and most respected of Rias Baixas sub-zones, Val de Salnés. It is a region with a long tradition of small scale wine growing, with many families keeping four or five rows of vines in their garden. The winery was founded by 456 shareholders and continues to operate as a co-op of small independent growers. They are an experienced group who strive for excellence by combining tradition with the latest wine technology. Together they own 500 acres of vineyard spread over more than 1900 small lots.
