A solera-agerd rum from Dominican Replublic company Oliver & Oliver.
Sourcing their rums from across the Caribbean, they are then matured in the Dominican Replubic through a solera system. The oldest spirit in the rum is 21-year-old, of which Dominican regulations state there musty be at leat 15 percent of the oldest component in the final vatting. That is different to other jurisdictions around the world, which say an age statement must refer to the youngest rum in the bottle.
Medium-bodied, this is defined by its sweet dark fruit and oak notes.
