Toyonaga's first and most successful barley shochu. Made with 100% locally grown organic barley, Toyonaga uses only domestic ingredients with a history of production. The structure is traditionally made by skilled brewers, so it has a very natural taste. The compatibility with food is very good, and the food doesn't get in the way and won't get tired of drinking. White koji on barley really works well to bring out the natural sweetness and a toasted nuttiness that is very soothing.
