This is a hybrid of the Mancino Secco (dry), Bianco (semi-sweet) and Rosso (sweet) vermouths, with added quinine bark.
The palate is quite rich, sweet, complex and intense with a touch of bitterness.
This is a staff favourite to be drink neat – chilled or warm – but is also an excellent ingredient in any vermouth-heavy cocktails.
