The fruit for this wine comes from several parcels of old vine Grenache, between 50-80 years old. It is farmed biodynamically on old clay-limestone soils. It spends 15 days macerating in a concrete tank before being transferred to barrels and demi-muids (600L barrel) for 8 months.
Full of blackcurrant and black fruits notes. The wine is generous with spices and light gas.
