One of the best, most consistent bottlings of Linkwood available from Gordon & MacPhail's Distillery Labels series.
A favourite Scotch whisky distillery of Oak Barrel staff, Linkwood can be floral and grassy, but also oily and sweet. It’s fresh when young, but the palate weight lends itself to exceptional aging. Built in 1821 it is part of the Diageo stable and highly prized by blenders.
This release, matured in both ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks, is considered a semi-official bottling given its consistency and relative availability.
A whisky for whisky lovers.

Palate: Initially intensely sweet; mellowing with time and the gentle and warming spice flavours of cinnamon and clove. Creamy white chocolate develops and entwines with a juicy tangerine edge.
