Experimental Batches make up this wine each year, fun to make fun to drink is the aim of the game. Made from traditional varieties not using any classic or fine wine methods... (An experimental rolling ferment throughout vintage). The blend this year contains the following Sangiovese from Moonambel, Pinot Noir from Tarrington, Nebbiolo from Landsborough, Shiraz from Landsborough, Pinot Noir from Coghills Creek, Pinot Gris from Tarrington.
'Four grape varieties, sangio, nebb, pinot noir, pinot gris, bolted together to make something special. Here ya go.
Fragrant, kinda sweet and floral, a little watermelon juice, or is that suggestive, spice, Parisian almond, pear. Palate is wild style in slippery, gooey texture, cut of blood orange acidity, light and creamy nuttiness, tacky tannins and a blast of freshness to close. Really good drinking here. Beating the drum for avant garde wines super well.' - 93 points. Mike Bennie, The Wine Front
